Standard sizes work — until they don't.
Ready-to-wear stockings fit a generalised silhouette. Real legs are rarely generic. When the size chart doesn't accommodate your circumferences, length, or shape, the garment can't deliver the pressure gradient your therapy depends on — and comfort suffers too.
Asymmetric or post-thrombotic legs
One calf measurably larger than the other. A standard size that fits one leg will compress the other incorrectly. Each leg is measured and made individually.
Out-of-chart measurements
Very slim ankles with full calves, or extra circumference at thigh or hip. Pantyhose that fit the leg but cut at the waist — or vice versa. Custom resolves the mismatch.
Pregnancy & post-natal
A standard pantyhose was never designed to grow with you. Juzo Inspiration ATU has a soft, expanding maternity body part — pre-existing varicose veins and pregnancy oedema both managed in one garment.
Single-leg amputation or unilateral therapy
One-legged pantyhose (ATL / ATR) — only available custom-made — extends compression onto the body part while leaving the other side free.
Sensitive or reactive skin
Juzo Dynamic Silver — silver-yarn antibacterial knit — is available custom-made for patients prone to odour, mild infection, or skin irritation. High cotton-content options are also custom-available.
Venous leg ulcer treatment
Two-stocking systems (liner + cover) deliver CCL 3 compression you can put on without aggravating a wound. Available as standard sizes or custom-made.

For situations where standard sizing has no answer.
Some patient needs are outside what off-the-shelf can serve. Below are the cases where custom-made isn't a preference — it's the only option.
One-legged pantyhose (ATL / ATR)
Compression stocking extended onto a single-leg body part. For unilateral lymphedema, post-amputation contralateral therapy, or asymmetric venous disease where only one side needs treatment.
Maternity pantyhose with growing body part
The Juzo Inspiration ATU has a soft, expanding pregnancy body part designed to accommodate the changing abdomen across all three trimesters — while delivering CCL 1 or CCL 2 compression to the legs.
Hip-attachment for AF & AG forms
For patients whose silicone-bordered thigh stocking won't stay up — common in soft thighs or after weight change. A hip attachment secures the stocking without relying on adhesion alone. Available left, right, or as a pair.
Dynamic Silver — antibacterial
Silver-yarn knitted throughout the stocking provides antibacterial properties — recommended for patients with sensitive or reactive skin, prone to odour, recurrent skin infections, or living in hot, humid climates. Available only as custom.
Dynamic Cotton & Adventure
High cotton-content knit on the skin side — for patients who can't tolerate synthetic next-to-skin or who simply prefer the feel. Both circular-knit with full therapeutic effect. Available in Almond and Black pepper (Cotton); ribbed structure on Adventure.
Open-crotch, closed-crotch & fly variants
Custom pantyhose can be specified with closed crotch (standard), open crotch (for incontinence aids, catheters, or post-surgical access), or fly opening (men). Combined with inside-leg measurement and body circumference for a true individual fit.
For active ulcers — two stockings, working together.
Treating a venous leg ulcer requires strong compression (CCL 3) — but conventional CCL 3 stockings are difficult to don over a wound dressing without disturbing it. Juzo's solution is a two-piece system: a light liner stocking (under CCL 1) that's easy to slide over the dressing and holds it in place, plus a cover stocking (CCL 2) layered over it. Together they reach therapeutic CCL 3.
The set arrives with two liners — one to wash, one to wear — so you maintain continuous compression day and night during the treatment phase. Both Healfit-stocked systems are also useful for lipo-lymphedema overlap cases and post-ulcer maintenance, not just active wounds.

How much pressure? That depends on the diagnosis.
Compression class (CCL) is a measurable, RAL-certified pressure value at the ankle. Your prescription will specify a class — and the right fabric within that class is matched to your case at the fitting.
From below-knee to full pantyhose — every length, every shape.
Juzo's form codes describe what the stocking covers. The right form depends on where your symptoms are and what your day looks like. We size and choose together at the consultation.
Below-knee stocking
Foot to just below the kneecap. The most widely prescribed form — manages calf-level symptoms, post-DVT calf swelling, and venous ulcers (when paired with a liner system).
Half-thigh stocking
Foot to mid-thigh. Useful when symptoms extend above the knee but a full thigh-high isn't required. Available with hip-attachment for security when needed.
Thigh-high stocking
Foot to upper thigh, secured with silicone, balance silicone, or lace silicone border. For varicosis or symptoms extending up the thigh. Hip-attachment option for soft-thigh anatomy.
Pantyhose
Foot to waist, both legs covered. The form of choice for bilateral varicose veins, pelvic congestion, or when AG slipping is a problem. Closed crotch, open crotch, or fly options.
Maternity pantyhose
Soft, expanding pregnancy body part. Designed to grow across the three trimesters without compressing the abdomen, while delivering full venous compression to the legs.
One-legged pantyhose
Body part extends onto one leg only (left = ATL, right = ATR). For unilateral disease, post-amputation contralateral therapy, or asymmetric oedema. Custom-made exclusive.

Prescription & consultation booking
Bring a prescription from your vascular surgeon, phlebologist, or GP — or speak with us first and we'll guide you to the right referral. We confirm CCL, form, and any special requirements with the prescribing clinician.
Measurement appointment
A certified fitter measures both legs in the morning (before swelling sets in) — up to twelve circumferences per leg plus lengths. We discuss fabric, colour, border, toe, and body-part options. Allow 45 minutes.
Manufacturing & shipping
Your measurements go directly to Juzo Aichach. The stocking is knitted to your exact specifications and shipped to Dubai. Typical lead time: three to four weeks. Standard-size production within range takes about eight days.
Collection & donning lesson
You return to the studio. We check fit, confirm the pressure gradient feels right, and teach donning technique — including the use of slip-on aids (Arion Easy-Slide, Magnide) if needed. Adjustments are organised at no extra cost.
